Despite efforts to organize a humanitarian corridor for civilians, no evacuation took place, and as of early 2025, a flawed list of 517 missing individuals was published, causing further distress among families. Amid the chaos, Lyubov and others began documenting the names of the missing, with one resident compiling a list that grew to around 1,000, while heavy fighting in their village led to its near-total destruction and the loss of lives, including her mother's.
