The ongoing conflict, which began with a Hamas-led attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023, has led to over 73,460 deaths in Gaza according to the Hamas-run health ministry. The Israeli military confirmed conducting strikes to eliminate threats, but did not report any injuries to their troops during the operations.
